Fruit

Thanks to its natural composition, fresh fruit contains a high percentage of water, simple sugars and minerals that are fundamental for our organism, and is at the same time an important source of vitamines and fibres. These are mainly concentrated in the peel, but, in some fruits, can also be found in the pulp. They are essential for our well-beeing and support a correct intestinal activity.

Fruit brings really a lot of advantages: it is low in calories and able to hydrate the body by providing minerals, vitamins and fibres. We can therefore assume, that a regular consumption of fruit helps to keep your organism healthy.
